Come find out what all the buzz is aboutRole OverviewAs a Senior Producer, you’ll drive production efforts across multiple products, ensuring teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and processes are efficient. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define product objectives, oversee their execution from concept to release, and champion operational excellence across the studio. In this role, you’ll not only coordinate day-to-day production but also design and refine workflows, processes, and documentation to improve collaboration and output. You’ll help set priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure that live operations run smoothly—while always keeping the player experience at the forefront of decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of releases for a primary flagship title and several supporting products, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals, quality standards, and timelines.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define clear project goals, success criteria, and key milestones, translating them into actionable production plans.Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and partners, coordinating asset sourcing, approvals, and deliverable reviews.Provide timely, clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and changing priorities, ensuring all teams remain informed and aligned.Lead resource allocation, task estimation, and scheduling across projects, balancing workload to meet multiple concurrent release deadlines.Maintain and monitor live operations calendars for all titles, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and responsiveness to live-ops opportunities or issues.Proactively identify dependencies, conflicts, and risks; implement mitigation strategies; and escalate critical issues before they impact delivery.Champion and implement workflow, pipeline, and documentation improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the production team and company at large.Facilitate communication between design, art, development, marketing, and QA to ensure seamless production flow and issue resolution.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise5+ years of production experience within the mobile games industry, including managing multiple concurrent projects.Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt processes to the needs of the studio.Deep knowledge of F2P mobile game design, monetization strategies, and live operations best practices.Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of producers or other production staff.Skilled in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.Proven track record of improving workflows, pipelines, and cross-team communication.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams.Thrives in dynamic environments, making effective decisions under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities.Passionate about mobile games and delivering engaging, high-quality player experiences.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision through Canada LifeLife InsuranceShort and Long Term DisabilityWealthsimple RRSP and Company MatchConsult+ (Virtual Health)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Computer GamesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tripledot Studios by 2xGet notified about new Senior Producer jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
