We’re seeking a creative, technically proficient graphic designer with excellent graphic design skills that can be applied to traditional marketing and social media. We need a Creative Lead who can show us their ability to create marketing assets and is an energetic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy multi-tasker. Someone who is passionate about marketing, design, and has a super keen and creative eye to make anything BETTER.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing website, email, social media, and making suggestions for improved traffic and reach
  • Conceptualize and design a broad scope of digital and traditional marketing pieces including but not limited to brochures, websites, presentations, signage, newsletters, flyers, brand ideation
  • Creating and review content & specs for all projects assigned for marketing materials
  • Managing Website, social media accounts, mailing lists, mailing blasts and CRM database for various programs and initiatives
  • Managing administration tasks as required
  • Onsite requirements to provide field support by taking 360 tours and photographs at client listings
  • Ensuring proper sign off process is followed for all requests and internal marketing requirements
  • Maintaining filing system to ensure all data and marketing materials can be retrieved easily
  • Coordinating with vendors and clients by creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

Creative Lead Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing plans that include digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, events, and
  • other relevant channels to effectively promote our commercial real estate projects, interior design and construction services
  • Ensure consistency in branding standards and visual imaging across all marketing materials
  • Manage high level of engagement with existing clients by ensuring a high degree of quality in services
  • Qualifications Required:
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • MAC OS system operation
  • Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat (basic)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and design websites (Squarespace Proficiency)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website testing
  • Google Analytics / My Business
  • MailChimp
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Ability to manage and maintain photography equipment & accessories

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Salary of $80,000
  • Hybrid/Remote working arrangement
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • Comprehensive benefits package

*Priority will be given to candidates who include a portfolio with their resume.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
