Our unique capabilities, combined with our network of local manufacturing partners, enable us to offer white glove service solutions for various partners needing customized, technical garments.Reporting into Wuxly’s Finance lead, the Accounting and Systems Analyst is critical in ensuring the financial health of Wuxly by managing our accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing key insights to support our business strategies. This role will also provide expertise and leadership in continuing to improve our ability to leverage our technological systems, and Wuxly’s ERP (Odoo) specifically.What You Will Get Up ToAct as a brand ambassador for Wuxly in all interactions and communications.ERP Management: Provide technical oversight and guidance on how the ERP is set-up and used as it is implemented.Coordinate with stakeholder groups and consultants to ensure that Wuxly’s ERP system is meeting business expectations.Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess near-term and long-term ERP needs.Support end users of ERP to ensure the team is aware of new functionalities and efficient usage of the system.Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with other departments and provide additional financial support as needed, contributing to the overall growth and success of Wuxly.Efficient Bookkeeping: Maintain precise financial records, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly and in compliance with accounting standards.Cashflow Management: Monitor and maintain cashflows, ensuring the company’s liquidity is managed effectively.Inventory Management: Support the maintenance of our inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of inventory.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes and financial controls.Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed analyses and reports of financial transactions, providing insights to drive future business plans.Grant and Funding Applications: Provide financial support in the preparation and submission of grant and funding applications.Financial Statements: Take ownership of setting up records leading to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.Additional responsibilities as the role and the candidate evolve.Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.High level of accountability.Valid driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle.Proficiency in implementing and training new users on Wuxly ERP (Odoo).Strong understanding of Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Passion for sustainability and alignment with Wuxly’s values.Wuxly values diversity in our team, as well as in our customers, suppliers and others.
