Orbit Brokers – Rater/Customs Coordinator Orbit Brokers, a subsidiary of Atlas Van Lines Canada, is seeking a proactive, motivated, and dynamic Rater/Customs Coordinator. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of customs and logistics. Duties Review invoices, manifests, and other documents for conformity to customs and corporate regulations. Data entry of commercial invoices into the Customs Operating system. Obtain customs paperwork by calling clients when required. Verify documentation for rating compliance. Prepare and submit release packages to Canada Border Services Agency. Provide customer service as required. Process entries to meet company and C-BSA compliance standards. Employment Type & Hours Full-time position. Work hours: 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications Post-secondary education preferred and 1+ years of related experience required. Experience with MS Office database, Excel, and Word required. Experience with Cadena beneficial. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Familiar with transportation documentation and manifesting requirements (all modes). Basic knowledge of customs clearance process (all modes).
