**About the role**:
**Here’s how you will make a difference.**
- Responsible for onboarding new clients as per Blue-Pencil procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate delivery of appropriate resources required for successful client set up.
- Manage client files and agreements, enforce policies and terms agreed to within the contract and work with the client to reach solutions both favourable to the client and the company.
- Verify and update client service rates. Ensure accuracy and consistency through out multiple systems for record keeping and billing purposes.
- Communicating with clients regarding account terminations and cancellations, resolve complaints to ensure high retention.
- Adhere and enforce company policies and ensure confidentiality is a top priority when responding to client queries.
- Review files for escalation activity and conduct follow up as necessary.
- Conduct annual client account review.
- Perform miscellaneous record updates required for internal reports.
- Analyze reports in excel, manipulate data to identify trends, and present findings to management.
- Work with the team or independently on active projects including but not limited to collections, streamlining processes in place, creating/maintaining operating procedures and improve file management systems
- Assist management and executives with various internal projects
- Cross train on other Administrative positions to act as backup when required

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
