No Limits Martial Arts is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our _Part-Time Customer Service & Membership Coordinator_ position Read below to see if you are going to be a great fit :)

This position includes:

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound phone calls
- Responding to social media messages
- Building relationships with possible new clients, and existing clients
- Explaining our Program information & answering any inquires regarding our program acurately
- Setting up New & Existing clients memberships
- Keeping Clients profile up to date with acurate information
- Processing payments
- Creating and updating customer accounts
- Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
- Attending weekly staff trainings
- Greeting clients at the door
- Assisting the location Program Director
- Help maintain the high standard of cleanliness within the facility
- Assisting with the After School Program Team
- Driving After School Program Shuttle Monday-Friday (if needed)

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a clean criminal background with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Must have personal transportation
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
- Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
