Securiguard is looking to add a Recruiter to join our Recruiting team for a four (4) months contract. We are a growing company looking for top talent to help with the recruitment needs for our operations. If you are a recruiting professional who is obsessed with finding the perfect talent matches and creating a positive candidate experience, we want to hear from you Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry. Location: Richmond, British Columbia What you would do: Full cycle recruitment includes reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews, and on-boarding. Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements. Efficiently and effectively filling open positions. Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need. Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with college/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition. Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations. What you would bring: 2+ year of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience. Recruitment experience in the Security industry is an asset. Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting is an asset.
