**Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide initial screening of applicants and phone screens or interviews as required
- Utilize job posting boards, company career pages, and other available resources
- Works with HR team members to draft search engine optimized and performance-based job postings
- Develops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, business leaders, HR business partners and stakeholders
- Work with management, leadership, and hiring managers to discuss resource planning

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks

- Strong people management skills and previous experience in a leadership role

**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- 3+ must be construction related
- Knowledge of interviewing best practices and techniques
- Understanding of needs assessment concepts and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing stakeholder requests
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools
- Second (or third) language an asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
