Home Instead® is looking for an innovative and encouraging individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator role recruits, hires and manages our caregiving workforce.

This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of recruitment, engagement and staff development. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

Our office is located centrally within Richmond and our service area includes Richmond, North Delta and Surrey.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education Preferred
- Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Background in Human Resources preferred
- Must possess a vehicle and valid driver's license
