Securiguard is looking to add a Recruiter to join our Recruiting team for a six (6) months contract. We are a growing company looking for top talent to help with the recruitment needs for our operations. Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

Location: Richmond, British Columbia

What you would do:

  • Full cycle recruitment includes reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews, and on-boarding.
  • Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements.
  • Efficiently and effectively filling open positions.
  • Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with college/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition.
  • Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations.

What you would bring:

  • 2+ year of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment experience in the Security industry is an asset.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting is an asset.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS software
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Enjoy working with people.
