**The Job**

The College is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team and work with experienced and talented people who are passionate about education, innovation and students’ success.

$60,000/ year

**Job responsibilities of Student Recruitment Officer include but are not limited to**:

- **Student Recruitment**

1) Organize and participate in local education fairs, career expos and open houses.

2) Develop recruitment strategies based on college programs and student services, targeting local high school and adult learners and start-ups.

3) Understanding and developing an international student recruitment strategy based on college program, Canada Student Visa policy and student career demand.
- **Community Engagement**

1) Host workshops, webinars, and campus tours to attract prospective students.

2) Serve as a liaison with community organizations to promote college programs.
- **Market Research**

Analyze market trends and feedback to refine program offerings and marketing strategy
- **Content Creation**

1) Developing market promotional materials tailored to local markets.

2) Manage social media platforms and website content to showcase success stories, programs and college activities.
- **Brand Development**

1) Design and implement marketing campaigns to strengthen the college’s local presence.

2) Forster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to build the college’s reputation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least two (2) years’ experience in educational industry.
- A degree in **Education**, **Marketing**, **Public Relations**, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in education marketing, brand development, or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of the British Columbia education system and local market trends is an asset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and market research data.
- Mandarin would be an asset.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
