Recruiter / Staffing Consultant – GTA | Career Path to 360 Role Modern Technical Staffing is looking for motivated recruitment professionals in the GTA to join our growing team. This role starts as a Recruiter, focusing on sourcing and placing top talent, with the opportunity to transition into a full 360 Staffing Consultant role after about 12 months. What You’ll Do: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for top engineering, construction, and manufacturing clients. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, coaching and supporting them throughout the process. Negotiate offers and manage candidate pipelines. After ~1 year, take on client accounts, develop business, and manage relationships independently. Visit clients as needed, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. Requirements: Located in the GTA with a vehicle for client visits. Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruiting or staffing, ideally in Engineering, Construction, or IT. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems, and MS Office. Self-starter with a passion for business development and client management. What We Offer: Full-time remote work with competitive base salary + industry-leading commissions.
