**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Campus Recruiting Strategy**
- Develop and implement an effective campus recruiting strategy for Canada, aligned with AMD's hiring needs and business goals.
- Identify target universities and colleges for talent acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand on campus.

**Recruiting Management**
- Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for interns and intern conversions for specific business units and drive to a minimum of 50% conversion rate for all eligible students.
- Consult with hiring managers to set expectations, align on required skills, and advise on program details.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow local, legal requirements.

**Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key university contacts, faculty, and career services.
- Collaborate with AMD's HR and business units to ensure alignment between hiring needs and campus recruitment efforts.
- Plan and execute campus and virtual events, including workshops, information sessions, and campus visits.
- Manage internship and co-op programs to provide students with valuable work experiences.

**Data and Analytics**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes and programs.
- Stay informed about best practices and insights in campus recruiting.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in campus recruiting / university relations, ideally within the technology industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with external and internal partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics for program improvement
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive cross functional relationships
- Project management

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field
