The Project Coordinator will report to the Director, Project Delivery and will be responsible for the coordination of various work streams within the department. This role will require continuous communication with all parts of the organization, coordinating progress of work, and preparation of reports and dashboards. Your role Liaise with key stakeholders as required to define reporting requirements. Collecting data and preparation of reports and dashboards. Organizing, hosting, minuting regular meetings for senior staff. Minor document revisions, including learning to navigate the various administrative systems (e.g. ProAct and MyTrak, Aconex). Performing any other administrative or analytical review or investigation as directed. Guide junior team members in achieving project results.
