We are hiring a Regional BDR Team Manager to lead inbound and outbound sales development (SDR) teams. The role focuses on managing a team of 2–10 SDR/BDR, maintaining a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline, and driving the development of strong sales professionals. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of 2–10 SDRs / BDRs. Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads. Maintain a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline and achieve quarterly sales targets. Design and run coaching, training and performance‑review cycles for team members. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product and senior sales teams to align messaging and go‑to‑market plans. Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform resource allocation. Promote a culture of high integrity, empathy, rigorous work ethics and continuous learning. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills. Leadership experience of one form or another. Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
