Procurement and Administration Coordinator Sanexen is seeking a Procurement and Administration Coordinator for its Brossard offices. Job Description Do you like to be at the heart of operations and contribute to the fluidity of administrative and financial processes? This role is essential to ensure the accuracy and speed of exchanges between our teams, our suppliers and our customers. Your mission: To ensure the efficient management of orders, invoicing and operational data in order to support our performance and our partners satisfaction. Main responsibilities Prepare, process and follow up on purchase orders, from the issuance of the purchase order to the receipt, and matching with supplier invoices. Perform the creation and update of suppliers in the system. Communicate and follow up with external subcontractors/suppliers to resolve administrative and financial issues. Perform various data entries: equipment, machinery, timesheets, and other operational information. Complete expense reports for employees who do not have access to the system. Use the D365 ERP system effectively for all administrative operations (an asset if already mastered). Collaborate with the various internal teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the data. Qualifications required Sought Profile Professional or college diploma in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in administrative support. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system: a strong asset. Rigor, sense of organization and autonomy, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interpersonal skills and team spirit.
