**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our team. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring paper & recycled paper to meet the company's operational needs efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Have knowledge in the paper industry and create sourcing relationships.
- Create opportunities for buying from new suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
