We currently have a vacancy for an Account Executive (Personal Lines) in our Cambridge office. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO. Responsibilities Secure relationships with clients and COI's, sell insurance products, build your own book of business to service and maintain from our Cambridge office location. Prepare applications Renewal reviews Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies Assist clients with claims process Maintain client relationships Qualifications RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines Sales experience Self‑starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Strong attention to detail High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with SIG XP and Compu‑quote will be an asset Additional Information Salary Base + Commission Compensation Structure: $50K -$85K per year Aggressive commission structure on new business and renewals. Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday; after hours/ weekends by appointment only, (your choice) Work Location: Cambridge (Preston) Location.
