What you will be doing Develop and facilitate tailored programs for Assisted and Independent Living residents, ensuring compliance with retirement and memory care regulations. Coordinate in-service and continuing education programs for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Manage Resident Care Partners to ensure exceptional care, monitoring, and meaningful interactions with residents. Cultivate strong relationships with residents and families, actively participating in a multi-disciplinary management team focused on resident care and services. Maintain accurate and timely resident records, reports, and assessments. Uphold and enhance Amica’s culture and values in all interactions. What you will bring Diploma from a recognized college in social services, healthcare, or gerontology. First Aid and CPR certified. Three (3) years of experience in dementia care in a healthcare setting, including Alzheimer’s, and two (2) years of organizational management. Knowledge of seniors’ care and aging, leadership best practices, legislative regulations, and policies related to retirement care. Strong supervision skills, excellent communication, organizational proficiency, conflict resolution, and computer skills. Experience with YARDI (electronic care system) preferred. Nursing and/or memory care background considered an asset. Degree from a recognized university.
