ResponsibilitiesWork with the Digital Solutions Team to develop and maintain company BIM standards, including Data Management and Digital Twin strategies, Model and Graphic Standards, Drawing Presentation, BIM Execution Plan, LOD, and Model Health.Assist project BIM teams in all design stages from Schematic Design through Construction and Facilities Management.Ensure projects have a defined BIM Execution Plan and champion its fulfillment; coordinate BIM execution plan contents with contractors and clients.Coordinate model set‑up, drawing packages, model coordination, and other project requirements.Maintain and troubleshoot WSP‑hosted ACC project sites.Perform model checks and communicate digital processes and workflows to design team members, ensuring adherence throughout project life cycle. Qualifications10+ years of experience in BIM / Digital project delivery and coordination within the AECO industry, including Construction Administration.Technical College Diploma or University degree in Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Architecture is an asset.Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (including ACC Build) is required.Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) is required; Power BI is an asset.Familiarity with Dynamo, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, point clouds and reality capture.Knowledge of interoperability between Revit and other discipline‑specific software.Project set‑up experience including CDE, design models, and preparation of construction documents in Revit while ensuring company BIM standards are adhered to.Experience managing 3D design and multi‑discipline coordination and facilitating data exchanges.
