The Program Manager will be responsible for delivering professional, and quality, customer service to their customers through effective use of administrative, organizational and operational skills. This liaison role is responsible for complete customer support from contract award to delivery and ongoing support for highly critical aerospace components and assemblies. The Program Manager will solve problems, make informed decisions and communicate effectively in order to achieve maximum results. We’re looking for a team player, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, excited to explore creative and innovative solutions to problems, interested in building and maintaining strong relationships and focused on delivering exceptional results. Primary Responsibilities Manage variety of customer accounts and product ensuring optimal cost, desired quality and on time delivery Interface with customers on daily basis. Serve as liaison between customers and PCC Cambridge to ensure customer program requirements, cost and schedule are maintained Lead cross functional teams for product onboarding for complete project life cycle Initiate, plan and execute configuration change while satisfying internal and external deadlines Lead schedule, cost and quality recovery efforts and report on pre-established KPI and metrics Host customers for program reviews and meetings and brief attendees on status of corrective actions, expected recovery date and recommendations for improved contractual performance Receive and approve customer orders for contractual accuracy and ensure ERP demand accuracy Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience in Program or Project Management in a manufacturing environment with a successful track record of managing multiple programs Working knowledge of ERP, MRP systems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles Aerospace experience is an asset Effective customer service and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS teams) Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, risk analysis and risk management Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high paced environment Customer oriented and ability to respond to varying situations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects High energy level with the ability to work flexible hours If you’d like to further your career with a dynamic leader in the aerospace industry, we invite you to apply.
