Yours, Adults in Motion **About us** Adults In Motion provides in -person day programs, workshops, support, services and access to virtual programming for people with disabilities and their families across southern Ontario and beyond. In-person services and programs are located in Kitchener, Cambridge, Oakville and Hamilton. Adults in Motion is a not-for-profit organization and established in 2009, We have an exciting position open on our Management Team in Cambridge, as the 'Manager of Programs & Services ". PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Supporting Direct Support Professional team - Supporting participants, managing families and making community connections **B. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**: - Must have a full G licence, clean drivers abstract, 2 million vehicle liability and willingness to drive - Vulnerable Sectors Police Cheque will be required - Experience in the care and development of people with developmental and physical disabilities, including human, cognitive, and social development and family dynamics - Tech skills - Professional, critical thinking, multitasking - Problem solving & creativity - Behaviour management - Communication, crisis management, conflict resolution - Organization and confidence - Strong written and verbal communication **C.
