Closing Date: January 9, 2026 What You’ll Do Process and track planning applications, permits, and approvals Maintain property and mapping databases Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training Prepare job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records Assist with workplace health and safety compliance What We’re Looking For Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Planning, or Human Resources 2–3 years of administrative experience (municipal or government setting preferred) Knowledge of planning processes and/or HR practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment For a full list of responsibilities and qualifications please visit www.weststpaul.com.
