**Job Type**:Full-Time Permanent (40 hrs per week)

**Salary**:$66,777.48 - $87,838.40 annually, based on experience.

**What You’ll Do**

As our IT Administrator, you’ll manage and maintain the RM’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. You’ll provide hands-on technical support, oversee networks and servers, and contribute to our long-term digital strategy.
- Administer servers, networks, and hardware for optimal performance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot system issues
- Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct regular audits
- Research and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency
- Maintain IT inventories, budgets, and documentation

**What We’re Looking For**
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or network management (municipal experience an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and backup solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
