They are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to join their finance team and help manage payroll for employees in both Ontario and Quebec. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a dynamic, multi-entity organization with approximately 300 employees, using Desjardins Payroll.About the Role: The Payroll Coordinator will manage end-to-end payroll for employees across Ottawa and Quebec, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and internal policies. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/French), has hands‑on experience with Quebec payroll, and can navigate multi-jurisdiction payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister payroll for Ontario and Quebec employees, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and collective agreements where applicable.Process and reconcile payroll for approx. 300 employees using Desjardins Payroll.Maintain payroll-related G/L accounts and assist with month-end journal entries.Support internal and external payroll audits with accurate documentation and reporting.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.Manage employee records, deductions, and ROEs.Generate payroll reports and perform data analysis to identify process improvements.QualificationsFluent in English and French (oral and written).3+ years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to Quebec payroll legislation.Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees across multiple provinces.Hands‑on experience with Desjardins Payroll.Knowledge of G/L reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and payroll reporting.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.Payroll certification (PCP or PLP) is an asset.What’s OfferedFully remote position with flexible working hours.Opportunity to work with a stable, growing real estate group.Supportive culture emphasizing accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman Resources and Accounting/AuditingIndustriesHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
