**What you will be doing**:
**Member Services: (50%)**
- Participate in the Member Administration Department through the effective implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Complete processing and registration to ensure that deadlines are met including:

- Batch, Deposits, Refunds, etc.
- Membership dues billing, processing and communications.
- Certification courses registration.
- Product and Service Orders/Sponsorships.
- Professional Development Seminar (PDS), Webinars and Conference registrations, Trade Show and sponsorships.
- Networking events such as National Payroll Week, Network and Share Events and Certification Recognition Events.
- Related forms: Invoices, Statements, Receipts, etc.
- Participating in implementing communication schedule (Membership, Conference, etc);
- Handling all members’ inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain database integrity, generate quality and error reports and make corrections as required.
- Contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in recommending improvements to the day-to-day Member Services procedures as well as iMIS procedures and reports.
- Support and share knowledge to cross train colleagues in the Member Services Department to retain valuable intellectual capital within the organization.
- Participate in special projects as required.

**Specific Program Lead: (45%)**
- Act as lead on the administration of specific program and task, such as Professional Development Seminars in a specific region, Conference, Membership, Retention etc.
- Set up events/products on iMIS.
- Process registrations/orders from customers.
- Send confirmation/notification to customers.
- Communicate with Regional Coordinator.
- Perform Retention Calls on time.

**Reception Coverage: (5%)**
- Participate in covering reception during breaks and days off.

**Other related duties as assigned.**

**What you bring to the table**:

- Post-secondary education - College diploma (Business Administration preferred).
- Fluently bilingual is required, English and French, both written and spoken.
- 2 years of customer service and data entry experience is preferred.
- Aptitude for working with numbers.
