About the Opportunity: As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle at Rainbow Greenhouses, from onboarding and employee relations to performance management and policy administration. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and enjoys balancing compliance with culture. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for both employees and leaders, helping to maintain a positive, respectful, and legally compliant workplace. You’ll conduct employee investigations, manage HRIS workflows, and support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs aligned with BC labour laws and our organizational goals. About You: You’re a practical, knowledgeable HR professional who’s equally comfortable working in the field as you are behind a desk. You understand the unique dynamics of seasonal and year‑round operations and are skilled at building trust with diverse teams. You bring structure and fairness to HR practices, are confident in employment law, and know how to handle sensitive situations with discretion and integrity.
