By monitoring remotely connected systems and identifying any process deviations, the support engineer is responsible for investigating the root cause and working together with the customer and service team on solutioning any problem in a timely manner. The support engineer interacts with the Customer’s Program Manager, Technical Support Team, and Engineering.Responsibilities:Monitor the KPI’s availability like Performance, Weight, Quality, and Energy. In addition, consider cycle interruptions, frequent alarms, concerning trends.Interpret the data, compare against established limits and identify and rank issues or concerns.Document using the existing Call (VA#) system within BaanLN, entering each issue/concern to allow for open issue management by the A+ Support Team.Troubleshoot and solution whenever applicable, any issue being detected.Share findings depending on severity and select the best means to update the A+ Program Manager.
