Unleashing Your Potential Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account RRSP matching program Tuition reimbursement Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. Primary Responsibilities Digital Shelf Optimization & Content Strategy Lead digital shelf optimization strategy across all brands, improving conversion, discoverability, and search performance using SEO and GEO best practices Own and continuously evolve data‑driven content strategies across ecommerce and omnichannel retailers Conduct regular digital shelf audits and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance and identify optimization opportunities Content Syndication, PIM & Platform Excellence Lead content syndication and Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities, including platforms such as Salsify Partner with U.S. and cross‑regional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and optimized product content across retailer platforms Test and pilot new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Agentic Commerce & AI‑Driven Optimization Pilot and scale AI‑driven content optimization strategies to improve product visibility and search ranking within AI‑powered and agent‑driven commerce environments Optimize retailer PDPs and structured content feeds to support commerce agents, recommendation engines, and emerging retailer capabilities Retailer PDP, Promotions & Merchandising Execution Own retailer PDP quality and execution including titles, imagery, copy, attributes, and enhanced content Plan and execute merchandise‑driven promotions in partnership with Brand, Sales, and Retail Media teams Lead quarterly and seasonal merchandising planning and execution Enablement, Insights & Cross‑Functional Leadership Develop enablement tools and resources (e.g., Retail Readiness Playbooks, GTM trackers, newsletters) to upskill cross‑functional teams on ecommerce best practices Act as the subject‑matter expert for digital shelf, content, and merchandising capabilities Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Retail Media, and external partners to drive alignment and execution Champion a customer‑first mindset focused on clarity, relevance, and ease of shopping Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce content, digital merchandising, or digital marketing Proven experience leading digital shelf optimization initiatives that drive measurable improvements in conversion and discoverability Hands‑on experience with content syndication and PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify) Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AI‑influenced search and shopping behaviors Demonstrated ability to use data, dashboards, and experimentation to inform decisions Experience developing enablement tools and influencing cross‑functional teams Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving environments with changing priorities Strong written communication, attention to detail, and merchandising sensibility Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ecommerce, analytics, and retailer tools are an asset Some travel required (up to 10–15%) Role requires 3 days per week on‑site What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?
