It requires coordination with sales teams, operations personnel and contract truck partners to ensure that customer requests are delivered in line with industry expectations. Clear communication with contract truck partners is paramount to ensure efficient and high‑level on‑time delivery of Amrize's materials. The coordinator also supports all administrative activities around billing and invoicing once materials are delivered. This full‑time customer‑facing role requires a service‑oriented mindset with a highly professional approach. Successful candidates are keen problem solvers who can troubleshoot issues while searching for ways to be most efficient in a fast‑paced environment. The role offers an opportunity to learn the full spectrum of the Amrize Western Canada business, including manufacturing origins, distribution channels, logistics, and what it takes to succeed in the construction material supply industry. What You'll Accomplish Responsible for order taking & fulfillment for delivery or customer pick‑up, including carrier assignment and delivery demand coordination. Fulfill and exceed customer expectations in compliance with policies and procedures, advocating for customers' interests and solving problems that impact service. Provide timely responses to customer complaints with appropriate follow‑up and escalation, maintaining high quality on all phone and digital conversations. Remain knowledgeable of our services, products and delivery methods, reviewing terminal inventory and selecting supply. Work a flexible schedule, including different shifts and after‑hours calls as required. Input manual Bills of Lading and create and maintain monthly reports. Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers, including surveys and value selling as directed. Support Sales and Credit with customer accounts, reconciliation/cleanup, and backup information for after‑sales support. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from Sales, Logistics and Operations, and external truck partners. Communicate, improve and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety. What We're Looking For Education Associate degree/college diploma or greater in an applicable field such as Business, Finance or Engineering (asset). Required Work Experience Understanding of the building materials industry, including product knowledge. Required Technical Skills Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Additional Requirements Rotational Saturday shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Relationship‑building with external customers and internal Amrize personnel. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Time and self‑management skills, including prioritization of customer calls and callbacks. Strong sense of teamwork and self‑motivation. Customer interaction focus. Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved PPE.
