We are currently seeking a Territory Manager, based in Lower Mainland/Vancouver responsible for sales across the province of British Columbia.
Pacesetter Sales & Associates is an Independent Sales Agency representing manufacturers of industrial and safety products in Canada. Founded in 1992, Pacesetter has grown into a National Sales Agency with a strong reputation in the Canadian industrial distribution marketplace.
What Do We Do?
At Pacesetter Sales & Associates, we represent a number of significant industrial and safety product manufacturers across Canada. We are the face of these manufacturers, facilitating sales opportunities between end user customers and our vast distributor network. We are comfortable in being product experts and helping customers understand the value our manufacturers bring. We provide our expertise everywhere from job sites to machine shops, to factories and plants, to board room consultative sales meetings and trainings. Every day is different
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively creating, supporting, and closing sales opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with manufacturer partners
- Engaging in the field at both the end-user and distributor level
- Travel includes the territory of the Province of British Columbia
- Using the CRM (Salesforce) to create efficiencies, track leads, opportunities, and maintain contacts

Qualifications
- Sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of the safety and industrial supply industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field is preferred
