Business Process and Systems Analyst - Regina, SKJuly 16, 2025 -July 22, 2025AGT Foodand Ingredients Inc.is seeking aBusiness Process and Systems Analysttojoinour Head OfficeinRegina, SK.The Business Process and Systems Analyst will provide ongoing professional support to end users.This will include liaising between end users and IT in order to generate accurate specification requirements, as well as focusing on process improvements and consistent information to provide accurate reporting.RESPONSIBILITIES:Focus on learning and understanding business processes in order to provide recommendations on efficiencies, including system enhancementsChampion training and consistent information with user groups to ensure accurate reporting for management and executive decision makingBe an active member of the support team identifying issues, providing solutions, making recommendations, providing feedback – creating a sense of team across internal team members and vendors staff.Liaise with business partners to analyze problems of varying sizes, gather and document requirements and develop solution specifications to be provided to development resourcesProvide support to end users & resolve issues on a timely basis for internal customers in Canada, the United States, Australia and the United KingdomExecution and coordination of user acceptance testing for changes made to the operating systemMaintain strong internal control procedures in progressing enhancements through the development life cycleProvide professional and courteous system help desk support for higher level issues for users in a multinational environmentPerform other related duties as requiredSKILLS & ABILITIES:Understanding of business processesAttention to planning, process, and detailQuick learnerDesire for continued improvement and understandingAble to communicate effectively with different internal groups around the worldBusiness degree/ diploma would be an asset, but other post-secondary education may be consideredProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel & OutlookExperience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP system considered an assetOther relevant job experience will be consideredPlease email jobs.ca@agtfoods.com with resume attached before July 22, 2025.Please include references and salary expectations.AGT Foods values and supports employment equity in the workplace, including accessibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
