Business Analyst Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a business analyst for implementation of a cloud-based SaaS contact centre solution, requiring end to end requirements management, process analysis, and SDLC alignment. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, supporting Agile and Waterfall project delivery, and leading comprehensive testing activities. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and enterprise technology experience including contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR), cloud/SaaS platforms, CRM integrations, and cloud platforms. Work is hybrid. Regina, Saskatchewan (Hybrid) Responsibilities Lead business requirements elicitation, documentation, process analysis, and solution validation for a cloud SaaS contact centre implementation, ensuring alignment with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Develop detailed functional and non functional requirements, interface specifications, data conversion needs, and acceptance criteria; coordinate stakeholder agreement across multiple business groups. Create and manage full testing lifecycle deliverables, including test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, manual test scripts, test data, defect logs, and test phase reporting. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead defect triage meetings, ensure traceability to requirements, and support the transition of testing and outstanding defects to operational teams. Provide analysis for enhancements, change requests, and process improvements, contributing to prioritization, documentation, and forecasting within project and funding constraints. Collaborating with project managers, solution architects, developers, and third parties; leveraging experience with contact centre technologies, cloud/SaaS platforms, Azure DevOps, and procurement documentation Mandatory Requirements Experience with contact centre technology projects (cloud/SaaS, telephony, IVR, Genetec) Knowledge of systems like cloud/SaaS solutions, workforce management or CRM integrations 4 years’ experience with Azure DevOps Certifications in any of the following: IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC 8 years’ IT project experience as a business analyst 8 years’ experience gathering and documenting business requirements 8 years’ experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Strong communication and customer service skills General Requirements Include: Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules. Ability to translate technical processes into business language. Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design. Proven testing skills and techniques in test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and defect management Proven documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives).
