We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Position is available as hybrid, onsite and offsite. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Role Description The Business Analyst (BA) specializes in understanding business needs and ensuring the solution addresses them. They play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business stakeholders and are responsible for assessing business processes, identifying needs, and ensuring solutions deliver value to stakeholders. This BA will work on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our client’s contact center. Responsibilities Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring Requirements Management and Communication Requirements Analysis Solution Assessment and Validation Testing (General) Test Case Development Business Process Analysis and Modeling User Acceptance Organizational Change Management Required Skills and Experience IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC 8+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Strong communication and customer service skills Desired Skills and Experience Experience with contact center technology projects Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations Experience with Azure DevOps PROSCI certified Please note that while all applications are appreciated, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
