Position Overview We’re looking for an Ecommerce Product Operations Specialist to help shape how customers experience our products online. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, structure, and consistency of our product catalog across eCommerce platforms delivering a high-quality, well-organized assortment that supports both customer experience and business goals. This role sits at the intersection of data, tools, and creativity: you’ll manage product information workflows, own catalog‑related systems, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to keep everything running efficiently. Success in this role is measured by catalog accuracy, process reliability, and the seamless presentation of products across our online channels. What You’ll Do 1. Product Data Management & Catalog Excellence Maintain product listings with correct descriptions, imagery, specifications, and pricing. Oversee product structure and attributes to ensure clarity and usability. Conduct regular catalog audits to detect and correct data inconsistencies or missing information. Coordinate with Category Management, CGAgency, and Content teams to ensure product data is launch‑ready. 2. Process Improvement & Cross‑Team Enablement Streamline catalog workflows, documentation, and data governance processes. Support testing and rollout of new catalog or product‑related functionalities. Collaborate with UX, Product, and Development teams to ensure accurate data and asset readiness for new features or site updates. Identify and communicate operational or system gaps impacting product presentation and recommend solutions. 3. Catalog Tools Ownership: Cloudinary & Salsify Oversee daily use and optimization of Cloudinary and Salsify for product content management. Define operational requirements and improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure proper integration with Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Recommend automation or process enhancements to improve catalog scalability and reliability. Let’s Talk About You 3–5 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or product catalog management. Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Familiarity with Cloudinary, Salsify, or similar PIM/DAM systems. Strong understanding of product data structure, categorization, and digital asset management. Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in product information, naming, or presentation. A strong sense of fashion and product presentation — you understand color coordination, materials, textures, and how they translate online. Able to balance data accuracy with brand aesthetics, ensuring the catalog not only works well but also looks right. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across technical, creative, and commercial teams. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
