If you're passionate, driven, and ready to make a difference, join our dynamic team and be part of something truly transformative Administrator‑Legal Location: Regina, SK Number of Positions: 1 Salary: $62,120 - $82,827 (Based on education and experience) Type of Position: Permanent Full Time Closing Date: 01/28/2026 GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY Accountable for providing effective, efficient and confidential administrative support to SaskTel’s Legal Department. Performs paralegal duties and participates in research and projects. Manages administrative duties as required. Specific Accountabilities Performs paralegal duties associated with all aspects of corporate legal practice including: Acquisition, disposal and leasing of SaskTel properties Preparation of filings and registrations for ISC (land registry and corporate registry) and out‑of‑province registrations Arranges execution of leases, contracts and agreements as required Prepares and processes correspondence and documentation associated with complaint processes, corporate overdue accounts, and damage claims Assists Corporate Lawyers in preparing and compiling confidential correspondence and documentation for litigation including arbitrations, regulatory hearings and court appearances Updates regular reports as required Handles employee garnishees, third‑party demands, and contractor holdbacks Ensures the efficient operation of the department by: Directs the information flow to the appropriate legal counsel and attains sufficient knowledge of current projects and developments pertaining to the Lawyers’ work Expedites the work of the Lawyer by assisting in setting priorities, maintaining schedules, arranging meetings, and ensuring necessary information for meetings is available Ensures travel and other necessary arrangements are made, and delegates matters to other management as required Maintains and updates diarizing systems Responsible for electronic and physical file management Ensures all written communication is handled in a timely and accurate manner by preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, contracts as well as various other correspondence and documentation for the Lawyers Ensures that information is readily accessible and that the highest levels of confidentiality are maintained Serves the Legal Department and SaskTel in a professional manner by maintaining harmonious work relationships, independently handling incoming inquiries where possible, and directing them to the appropriate party as required Provides support for the Executive Administrator‑Corporate Counsel role as required Qualifications Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience. Creates and/or monitors annual operating and capital budgets, keeping tabs on budget adherence, and taking necessary actions to address budget variances Responsible for negotiation, execution and/or enforcement of contracts for obtaining goods and services related to the area of responsibility Accountable for proactively identifying, inspiring, and acting on opportunities to innovate and drive process improvements, develop growth initiatives, and improve revenue and/or reduce costs. Drives valuable customer experiences and employee engagement, improving sustainability, and demonstrates commitment to the communities that we serve This is an on‑site position located at the location(s) above.
