Resident Service Coordinator - Steele Acadia Portfolio at Monroe Group Ltd. Location: Bath, ME & Surrounding Area Job Type: Full-time Summary: The Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) will coordinate and provide educational materials to residents free of charge. The RSC will create materials as well as obtain materials from community service organizations. The RSC will act as a relocation specialist to plan, coordinate, and communicate in‑place renovations and temporary relocations during construction projects at the properties. Responsibilities: Coordinate educational materials and outreach for residents. Create and source resources from community service organizations. Act as a relocation specialist to plan, coordinate, and communicate construction renovations and temporary relocations. Assist in day‑to‑day property operations as needed. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in social service delivery with the elderly and/or family population. Demonstrated knowledge of supportive services and resources in the area served by the project. Ability to advocate, organize, problem‑solve and provide results for residents. English language proficiency (read, speak, write). Full background check clearance. Must be able to work assigned hours, maintain confidentiality, complete tasks timely, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, automated equipment. Self‑starter, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
