Are you a smart, competent, and hands-on individual looking for your next opportunity? Split Rock Properties is currently seeking an experienced **Resident Manager (Apartment Building Live-In Superintendent)** to join our growing team.

**Position**: Resident Manager (Live-In)
**Location**: Multiple properties across HRM and surrounding areas
**Compensation**: Competitive rent discount or fully covered unit, plus additional compensation based on duties and experience

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Resident Manager, you will live onsite and be the primary point of contact for residents and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily building checks and general upkeep
- Coordinating and performing minor maintenance and repairs
- Responding promptly to tenant concerns and emergencies
- Overseeing cleanliness and order in common areas
- Managing unit turnovers and showing available units
- Working closely with Split Rock’s property management team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Resident Manager, Live-In Superintendent, or equivalent is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic handyman or maintenance knowledge
- Ability to handle issues professionally and efficiently
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a customer-service mindset
- Must be comfortable living onsite and being available for after-hours emergencies

Pay: $34,536.31-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)
