We invite a collaborative, detail‑oriented individual to support our Professional Development program.Job SummaryThe Professional Development Digital Applications Coordinator supports the Professional Development program by managing course setup and maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital tools, responding to technical support inquiries, tracking program completions, and assisting with quality control of course materials and recordings. The role also provides occasional administrative support for live virtual seminars, hosts webinars, and compiles seminar evaluation summaries for Power BI dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesCourse Setup Coordination and Customer CareAssist Operations Administrators with course setup in iMIS.Assist LMS Administrator with course setup and routine maintenance in the LMS.Monitor and respond to customer technical inquiries and troubleshoot LMS issues.Escalate or collaborate with other PD team members or IT as needed.Track completion of certificate programs and send program completion certificates.Support and process course registrations and payments; address email or phone inquiries.Coordination of PD Department’s Software and Digital ApplicationsMaintain records of PD learning and digital tools.Liaise with CPABC IT Department to implement and maintain PD software and applications; troubleshoot issues.Liaise with Data Analytics & IT teams on seminar evaluation data and reporting using Power BI dashboards.Assist in training other team members on these applications as needed.Program Delivery and Quality AssuranceSeminar Monitoring and HostingHost live webinars via Zoom, set up meeting requirements, and provide Zoom training for instructors.Monitor live webinars: housekeeping announcements, introductions, attendance tracking, polls, and assistance to instructors and attendees.Seminar EvaluationsCollaborate with Data Analytics and IT teams on seminar evaluation data collection and Power BI reporting.Compile annual and other seminar evaluation report summaries.Seminar Material and Video EditingReview, proofread, and format seminar materials to meet quality standards.Edit recordings of live webinars using Camtasia to produce on‑demand seminars.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.Key RequirementsKnowledge And ExperiencePost‑secondary qualification in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.One (1) year of experience supporting LMS and other technology applications; experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or databases is an asset.Demonstrated Skills And AbilitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbally and written.Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF); Power BI experience is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and independently with minimum supervision.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, time management, and proven ability to handle overlapping projects and tasks.Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with sensitive and complex information.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred RequirementsExperience with course setup and troubleshooting on an LMS.Experience with Camtasia or other video editing software is an asset.CompensationThe starting annual salary for this position ranges from $51,850 to $61,560 per annum, based on qualifications, experience, and internal parity.Application InstructionsIf this job outline describes you, please apply with your résumé and cover letter.
