Base pay range CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr We are hiring a Brand & Digital Designer who unites strategic clarity with creative craft. This role balances concept and execution—thinking deeply, designing precisely, and storytelling powerfully. You will translate strategy into design systems and experiences that move people and scale across brands. This Role Owns Three Outcomes Design that expresses strategic intent through craft and clarity. Cohesive visual systems that unify brand and digital touchpoints. Consistency of high-quality, detail-driven execution. Requirements Lead brand and digital design from concept to execution—identity systems, campaigns, websites, and digital assets. Translate strategy and insight into clear visual systems: typography, color, composition, motion, and layout. Balance creative exploration with precise, production-ready execution. Align design decisions tightly with client strategy, goals, and audiences. Present and defend design rationale with conviction, storytelling, and evidence. Collaborate with strategists, developers, and client partners to ensure design integrity. Review and refine the work of contractors and freelancers for quality, consistency, and alignment across platforms. Use design tools, templates, and automation to improve speed and consistency. Required Traits Deep commitment to craft, detail, and discipline—nothing leaves your hands unfinished. Strategic thinker: connects every creative choice to a clear purpose. Skilled storyteller: explains and defends ideas with clarity, empathy, and intelligence. Systems-oriented: brings order and structure to visual complexity. Calm, dependable, and methodical under pressure. Collaborative and open: integrates feedback while maintaining intent. Continuously learning—curious about emerging tools, methods, and media. Education & Experience 3+ years in brand or digital design (agency or studio experience preferred). A portfolio demonstrating excellence across identity, campaigns, and digital systems. Mastery of typography, color, hierarchy, and layout. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D is a plus. Adept with generative AI tools and techniques for amplifying creative concepts. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work that aligns with strategy and vision.
