Job Description Salary: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Job Title: Sales Representative Custom Outdoor Living Projects Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary + Commission Schedule: Variable; may include evenings and weekends as needed Service Area: Kelowna, Penticton, Oliver, Summerland, Peachland, Vernon and the surrounding areas ABOUT US Suncoast Enclosures designs and builds high-quality custom outdoor living solutions across North America. With over 30 years of experience and a strong reputation for craftsmanship and service, we’re growing and looking for a Sales Representative to help lead that growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO You’ll manage the full sales process from first contact through final payment. This includes responding to qualified inbound leads (no cold calls), guiding clients through the design and quoting process, and coordinating with project managers to ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, communication clear, and client expectations aligned throughout. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads and schedule site visits Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Prepare detailed, accurate quotes and documentation Upload and manage client info in the project management system Collaborate with project managers to finalize details before installation Track payment progress to ensure commission eligibility Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams WHAT YOU BRING Proven experience in sales, client management, or home improvement A structured approach to follow-up, quoting, and closing Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with CRMs or project coordination tools Confidence working independently while collaborating across teams Valid drivers license and availability for local travel, including some evening/weekend appointments WHAT WE OFFER Base salary plus uncapped commission based on project value High performers often earn total compensation of $90,000+ Pre-qualified inbound leads no cold calling or door knocking Ongoing product and process training Year-round, full-time work with no overnight travel A respectful, high-accountability culture built on craftsmanship and follow-through Long-term growth potential with a well-established, expanding company WHY JOIN SUNCOAST We don’t just build beautiful outdoor spaces; we build strong teams.
