Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and experience with various sales tools and platforms. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by building a robust pipeline of prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Qualify inbound inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and messaging
- Engage in business development activities to establish relationships with prospective clients in various industries
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new business opportunities
- Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi and Punjabi.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking leads and managing customer interactions
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used for lead generation
- Ability to understand complex technology products and articulate their value propositions effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Business development expertise with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.20-$35.71 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4T 1A2
