**Sales Representative - HVAC**

As a Sales Representative for HACE Mechanical, you will foster long-lasting, ethical customer relationships, ensuring our role as their primary supplier. Your focus will be on driving profitable sales growth by becoming an integral part of each account and thoroughly understanding your customers’ businesses and needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits to offices, shops, and job sites, ensuring customer needs are met and profitable sales are generated.
- Identify and prospect new customers, working closely with the Sales Manager and Credit Team to assess potential business opportunities.
- Own the sales process from start to finish, including call reports, territory planning, and meeting growth targets.
- Analyze customer data and implement strategies to grow market share profitably, consistently exceeding targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from processing orders, quotes, and job packages to resolving issues such as short payments and returns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Credit Team to ensure prompt payment of accounts and provide insights on customer changes that might impact credit standing.
- Lead strategic vendor programs to grow business profitability and represent Epicpulse at trade shows and industry conventions.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed at customer locations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and support the team in achieving overall objectives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Colloge or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order processing software.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- A proactive mindset, eager to identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing market share with existing customers.
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate sales and order processing software.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
