Regional BusinessDevelopment Manager

We areseeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our team as a regional businessdevelopment manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the staffingindustry, coupled with a passion for market development and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

· Developand execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the GTA regionand surrounding areas.

· Prospectnew potential clients and nurture strong relationships with existing clients tomaximize sales opportunities.

· Collaboratewith the leadership team to identify market trends and growth opportunities,adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

· Managethe entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract closure,ensuring clients' needs are fully met.

· Analyzesales performance and develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

· Minimumof 5 years proven experience in a business development sales role in the staffingindustry.

· Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent.

· Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.

· Provenability to work independently and effectively manage time to achieve setobjectives.

· Excellentcommand of the English language, both oral and written.
