CMC Markets has an exciting new opportunity for a Client Services Executive Our Toronto office is looking for a Client Services Executive (French or Chinese Bilingual) to work collaboratively with our Premium Client Management team and wider business. You will play a major role in creating a positive client experience through exceptional service and problem solving. Who we’re looking for? You will excel in Customer Service. You will be Bilingual in English and either French or Chinese. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This could be a move for you from a large firm to smaller organisation where you will gain more exposure into the business. This could be your first step into the Financial Services space. You may have studied Business, Finance, Economics etc and are looking for a break into the industry. Demonstrate resilience and capacity to work with customers in a high-volume call centre.
