In this role you will work on large‑scale international engineering projects, making a difference by improving the daily lives of many communities and benefiting from an inclusive and diverse team. Responsibilities Accounts Payable – Liaise between teams for supplier invoice processing, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents; follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies. Client Billing – Gather billable items, compile them into reports, follow up on client responses, issue final invoices, etc. Accounts Receivable Tracking – Monitor client accounts and payments; produce reports on receivables and aging balances, etc. Qualifications Degree in Accounting or Financial Management. 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation). Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of JDE Oracle is an asset. Detail‑oriented, organized, autonomous, team player with strong communication and coordination skills. More than 80 % of the workload is for outside Québec; ability to work with English clients, partners, or projects located outside Québec.
