Le (a) Directeur (trice)- Talents et culture soutient la vision et les objectifs d’Inoria par la co-création de stratégies d’affaires, ses conseils et l’influence qu’il (elle) a sur la gestion des employés, sa manière de façonner la culture de l’entreprise, d’améliorer l’expérience et le développement des employés tout en naviguant sur le volet humain des changements et des efforts de communication interne.

Il (elle) travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de Direction pour fournir un solide leadership à l’organisation.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Agir en tant que partenaire d’affaires, collaborer avec l’équipe de direction à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’affaires visant à atteindre des objectifs à court ou à long terme.
  • En collaboration avec les autres directeurs, assurez l’alignement des efforts pour atteindre la vision et les objectifs de l’entreprise tout en respectant les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des personnes.
  • Soutenir habilement les équipes de direction et de gestion ainsi que les responsables d’Inoria, en particulier dans les domaines de la résolution de conflits, de la collaboration, du coaching, du développement d’autrui et de la communication.
  • Aligner gestion du changement, développement des talents et initiatives en lien avec les stratégies d’affaires en identifiant des opportunités d’amélioration de l’efficacité.
  • Représenter Inoria en en étant un véritable ambassadeur, tant à l’interne qu’à l’extérieur de l’organisation.
  • Travailler activement à son propre développement en le mettant en priorité.
  • Superviser les processus cycliques du personnel d’Inoria et leur tenue, les animer, le cas échéant.
  • Veiller à ce que la communication à l’interne soit efficace, régulière, significative et opportune dans toute l’organisation.
  • Fournir un solide leadership et gérer de manière experte le rendement des personnes sous son autorité directe.
  • Superviser le recrutement, l’accueil, la formation et le mentorat des employés d’Inoria au besoin.
  • Créer ou maintenir des initiatives de développement professionnel continu pour tous les employés d’Inoria.
  • Soutenir et diriger les efforts de diversité, d’équité et d’inclusion chez Inoria.
  • S’acquitter d’autres tâches ou responsabilités qui pourraient lui être confiées.

Vous devez répondre aux exigences suivantes :

  • Grand (e) bâtisseur(se) de relations avec une capacité éprouvée à articuler une vision et à influencer les parties prenantes
  • Expérience préalable comme partenaire d’affaires stratégique, idéalement dans un environnement de services professionnels.
  • Expérience à coacher des leaders et à renforcer leur confiance en leurs propres compétences de coaching.
  • Connaissance de la législation en matière d’emploi et des théories et meilleures pratiques actuelles, y compris dans le recrutement, la gestion des politiques et la gestion de la performance.
  • Jugement solide et compétences interpersonnelles et de facilitation efficaces.
  • Sens aiguisé des affaires.
  • Une accréditation de coach ou certification semblable serait un atout (de préférence certifié ICF).
  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience à un poste de gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Une formation post-secondaire est exigée; une maîtrise en administration des affaires ou en psychologie est un atout.
  • De préférence, une formation liée aux RH et un titre de CRHA (conseiller en ressources humaines agréé).
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est indispensable.
  • Une expérience en services professionnels ou dans le secteur de la technologie est fortement privilégiée.

The Director of People and Culture is responsible for supporting Inoria's vision and goals by co-creating business strategies, expertly advising on and influencing people management, shaping the company's culture, enhancing employee experience and development, while navigating the people side of change and internal communication efforts.

The Director of People and Culture works closely with the management team to provide strong leadership for the organization.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate as a business partner with the management team in developing and executing business strategies to achieve long and short-term goals.
  • Along with other directors, ensure alignment of efforts to achieve company’s vision and goals while adhering to best in class people practices.
  • Expertly support the executive and management teams as well as all people leaders at Inoria, particularly in areas of conflict resolution, collaboration, coaching, development of others and communication.
  • Align change management, talent development and related initiatives to business strategies, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Represent Inoria as a true ambassador internally, as well as outside of the organization.
  • Take an active part in and prioritize own growth and development.
  • Provide oversight of Inoria cyclical people processes and their administration, as well as facilitation when appropriate.
  • Work to ensure effective, regular, meaningful and timely internal communication throughout the organization.
  • Provide solid leadership and expertly manage performance of the direct report(s).
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and mentoring of Inoria employees as necessary.
  • Provide and/or secure initiatives for continuous professional development of all employees at Inoria.
  • Ensure and spearhead all diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at Inoria.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned appropriately.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:

  • Exceptional relationship builder with a proven ability to articulate a vision and influence stakeholders
  • Prior experience as a strategic business partner, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Experience coaching leaders and building confidence in their own coaching skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to employment as well as current theories and best practices including recruitment, policy and performance management
  • Solid judgment and effective interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Coach accreditation or similar certification would be an asset (preferably ICF certified)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a human resource management role
  • Post-secondary education required; master’s degree in business or psychology is an asset
  • HR-related education and CHRP preferred
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is a must
  • Professional Services and/or Technology industry experience is highly preferred
