This is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity with the possibility of extension. The Front Desk Coordinator role is based in the Toronto, Ontario region.



Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator - Reception Role


Location: Fully Onsite, located on Yonge and Eglinton


Start Date: Training dates starting on June 18th or 19th, with possibilities for extension or additional dates later in the summer.


Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM


Parking: Available at the candidate's expense (conveniently located at Yonge/Eg).


Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Reception: Providing a welcoming and professional presence at the reception desk.

- Greeting: Welcoming visitors, executives, and other employees.

- Phone Handling: Answering calls from customers and other stakeholders.

- Data Reporting: Compiling data and preparing monthly presentations.


Must-Have Qualifications:

- Professionalism: Confident and friendly demeanor at the desk and on the phone, offering white-glove service.

- Experience: Previous administrative and customer service experience.

- Polished Presence: Maintains a professional and polished appearance.

- Excel Skills: Comfortable with Excel charting (inputting data in the template and generating charts).


Note:

-Background checks are required, including criminal and credit checks.

-A Typing, Excel and Word assessment will be required.


Environment: This is a highly professional, Type A environment that emphasizes white-glove service.
