Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include:* Experience in a customer service, contact center or concierge service environment* French Bilingual Required* 6 months customer service experience* Required High School Diploma* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking* Strong Windows/PC; must be able to toggle between various applications and websites* Have previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) and/or automotive industry experience (contact center, dealership).
