OverviewStore manager - retail. We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our spa, massage, and beauty equipment retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong retail management skills, excellent product knowledge in wellness and beauty equipment, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing store performance, managing the team, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable retail environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily store operations, including opening/closing proceduresLead, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure high performance and professionalismManage sales targets and KPIs; develop action plans to meet or exceed goalsDeliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries or concernsMaintain in-depth knowledge of spa, massage, and beauty equipment productsManage inventory: ordering, stock levels, merchandising, and inventory countsCoordinate with suppliers and service providers for product deliveries and technical supportEnsure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulationsPlan and execute in-store promotions or eventsGenerate sales and performance reports; provide regular updates to upper managementRequirementsProven experience as a store manager or assistant manager, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or electronics retail sectorStrong leadership, team management, and customer service skillsKnowledge of spa/massage equipment and beauty technologies is a strong assetSales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targetsGood organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable using POS systems and retail inventory softwareExcellent communication skills in EnglishAble to work weekendsMandarin requiredBenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesGroup health insurance (including dental and vision)Paid vacation and statutory holidaysLocation and termsLocation: Toronto, ONWork location: On siteSalary: From $50,000 per yearTerms of employment: Casual employment, Full-timeStarts as soon as possibleVacancies: 1Source: indeed.comView the full job posting on indeed.comImportant notice: This job posting has been provided by a partner site.
